The three-day Figure Skating Level Test was held at Icebox Complex in Tehran on September 30, 31 and October 1, 2026, with the participation of 125 skaters from Tehran, Mashhad, Kish, and Qazvin.
Athletes from different age groups and skill levels took part in the event and were technically evaluated through the performance of the skills and elements designated for each level.
One of the notable features of this edition of the Level Test was the use of the “Yakh” judging system. Developed by Iranian specialists, the system was used throughout the tests to record and evaluate athletes’ performances, playing an effective role in streamlining and organizing the judging process.
The event, with the participation of 125 skaters from four cities across the country, provided a valuable and successful experience for athletes, judges, and the organizing team, creating a suitable opportunity to assess the participants’ technical abilities and gain experience in a specialized event.
The Tehran Level Test successfully concluded after three days of competition. The next stage of the Figure Skating Level Test will also be held soon on Kish Island.
